We want you to leave completely satisfied by your treatment and/or products. In the instance where this is not the case, we will do everything we can to make it right! Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance at BEYOND SKIN SPA!

Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges for products or treatments?

 Yes! We offer gift certificates for any service and in any denomination.

Can I get a gift certificate? 

There is ample parking in the lot, but on the off chance we experience a busier day in the plaza there is a public parking lot directly across Guelph Line from the shop.

Is there parking?

We accept most major credit cards, debit and cash.

How does payment work & what do you accept?

If you feel comfortable coming right into the salon and making your way down to BEYOND SKIN SPA, great!
However, we will always make our best efforts to come and greet you at the door upon your arrival.

Should I come right down to the BEYOND SKIN SPA space or should I wait for someone to come get me?

You can find us at  407 Guelph Line in Burlington, Ontario. Beyond Skin Spa is located within LUCIDO HAIR STUDIO on the lower level.

If you are unsure about what type of treatment is best for you, contact us! We are here to help in any way we can. We also have our service menu for clients to refer to with a brief description of what each service offers.

How do I know what treatment is best for me to book?

If you are coming right from work or have makeup on, don’t worry! We are able to remove it prior to your treatment. 

Should I wear makeup to my appointment?

Come as you are! If your service requires makeup to be removed, we are able to do that in service. If you are interested in one of our ADVANCED TREATMENT options, we suggest stopping an exfoliation or retinol 48 hours prior to your treatment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

In the event where you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that sometimes there is no other option, but to ensure that you are getting the most out of your treatment, we suggest that you are able to come to your appointment on your own.

Can I bring someone or my children to my appointment?

Services as well as prices are listed here so you can be fully prepared for your treatment, but we are always available to answer any questions you may have prior to your visit!
