UPON BOOKING
Advance booking is required for all appointments. Clients booking an appointment with the Esthetician will automatically be booked in for a consultation, included in your treatment.
CANCELLATION
Can’t make your appointment? No problem. Beyond Skin Spa allows you to make changes to your appointment, however, we do require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
REFUNDS
We want you to leave completely satisfied by your treatment and/or products. In the instance where this is not the case, we will do everything we can to make it right! Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Beyond Skin Spa.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Beyond Skin Spa website, engage with us on any of the social media platforms, or messenger platforms, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, by SMS, or any/all social media and/or messenger platforms. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
